Wellington Tiki is a seasoned lawyer and Law Lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe, with expertise in criminal law, civil litigation, mining law, construction law, commercial arbitration, and commercial law. Holding multiple legal qualifications from UZ, he combines academic insight with extensive practical experience, representing clients in complex disputes and advising on high-value projects. Known for his strategic approach, persuasive advocacy, and commitment to justice, Wellington bridges the gap between legal theory and practice.

Mandlenkosi Ndhlovu
Legal Practitioner
Mandlenkosi Ndhlovu is a legal practitioner at Wellington Attorneys having joined the firm in January 2026 following a distinguished seven-year tenure as a Provincial Magistrate serving in both Masvingo and Harare.
Drawing from his extensive judicial experience, Mr. Ndhlovu brings exceptional insight, analytical precision, and courtroom expertise to the firm's litigation practice. His areas of practice include criminal and civil litigation, where he advises and represents clients in a wide range of contentious matters before the courts of Zimbabwe.
Mr. Ndhlovu is an alumnus of the University of Zimbabwe and holds a Master's degree in Human Rights Law. His academic background, coupled with his years on the bench, enables him to approach each matter with a strong appreciation of constitutional principles, procedural fairness, and practical dispute resolution.

Talent Chikonangombe is an accomplished Office Administrator at Wellington Attorneys, responsible for overseeing administrative operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of the firm. She holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Relations and a Master's Degree in Gender and Policy Studies from Great Zimbabwe University.
Talent is recognized for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. She is committed to maintaining high standards of service and contributing to the success of the organization through efficient administration and excellent client relations.

Ruvarashe Chiwaya
Legal Practitioner, Conveyancer & Notary Public
Ruvarashe Chiwaya is a registered legal practitioner, conveyancer, and notary public. She holds a Bachelor of Substantive Law (BLS) and a Bachelor of Procedural Law (BLP). A hard working and detail-oriented professional, Ruvarashe joined Wellington Attorneys in September 2025 as a legal graduate trainee, where she supports the firm's litigation team through an extensive and rigorous approach to legal research.
In this capacity, she drafts pleadings and applications that are relied upon by associates in court. Her work spans conveyancing, court proceedings, and the general practice of law, allowing her to develop a well-rounded foundation in legal practice.
In addition to her research and drafting duties, she interacts directly with clients, ensuring their instructions are clearly understood and incorporated into the legal strategy across all areas of the firm's work.
